Notes: 1986 was the inaugural year. In 2010, the lead male runners ran
about 3 km longer than a marathon due to a error by the lead vehicle. The
course starts in Mdina and finishes in Sliema with a net drop of about 200
meters. In 2000, the race started in Dingli due to road works. The
2016 race produced excessively fast times, probably due ti the course net drop
and favoring winds.
