Notes: 1967 was the inaugural year. This event was known as the World Masters Las Vegas Sun Marathon in 1967 and
the World Masters Marathon for 1968-1970. The course has been point-to-point for all years thru 30 Jan 2005, dropping
4.9 m/km for the latter part of this period. For 1983-1985, the course dropped 24 m/km. In December 2005, the Las
Vegas International Marathon was replaced by the New Las Vegas Marathon with a new loop course and a new organizing
group. The women's winners in 1967 thru 1969 are believed to have run unofficially.
